How long do your projects take to complete?

Projects typically take 2 years to complete but with us on your side we can fast track that to 18 months excluding any construction issues.

Do you take care of council applications and appoint builders?

We take care of the whole planning process from start to finish with the Council, appoint the builder after tendering it out and have a vigorous screening process for "cheapest isn't best" and deliver you a turnkey product for you to sell or rent.

Do you offer different packages for different builds?

Yes, after an initial consultation we will design a strategy that is best suited to your needs and income.

Is the initial consultation 100% FREE?

The initial consultation is a no-obligation, free of charge chat to see if we can help you with your financial goals. You will not be put onto any mailing lists or receive any further calls unless you engage us or reach out to us again. A potential site visit may be necessary for clients that already have land they wish to develop.

What sort of a return can we expect?

Our clients are making between 15% and 25% on their investments. We also have clients making upwards of those figures. but they are investing a substantial amount of money into their projects.

Do you operate Australia-wide?

We are a Melbourne-based company, but we operate Australia-wide. We believe that the best opportunities are not always in your own backyard.
